How to Return
Email customer service (service@keemie.com) with your order number, contact info, and clear photos/videosโ of the issue.
Do not ship anything back until you receive our return instructions and address.
Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags/packaging.
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the return.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Actual shipping, packaging, and labor costsโ will be deducted from the refund amount (checkout shipping is subsidized).
For sizing issues, we may offer up to 20% of the item priceโ to help with local alterations (at our discretion).
Exchanges
