Cancellation Terms

• Full Refund: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of payment confirmation, you will receive a 100% refund, including any shipping fees paid.

• Partial Refund for Late Cancellations: If you cancel your order after 24 hours but before the order has been shipped, you will receive a partial refund. This refund includes the full shipping cost and 50%–90% of the product price, with a restocking fee of 10%–50% deducted to cover preparation and processing costs.

• No Cancellations After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, cancellations are no longer possible. If you no longer wish to keep the item after delivery, please refer to our Return Policy for the next steps.
