Cancellation Terms

Full Refund: If you cancel your order within 24 hours of payment confirmation, you will receive a 100% refund, including any shipping fees paid.

Partial Refund for Late Cancellations: If you cancel your order after 24 hours but before the order has been shipped, you will receive a partial refund. This refund includes the full shipping cost and 50%–90% of the product price, with a restocking fee of 10%–50% deducted to cover preparation and processing costs.

No Cancellations After Shipment: Once your order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
