Refund policy

At Keemie, we offer a 15-day return window for all eligible items. This means you have 15 calendar days from the date you receive your package to initiate a return request.

For returns that do not result from our error, including but not limited to size mismatches, change of heart, or personal preference, the customer is responsible for all shipping expenses associated with sending the item back. Additionally, a restocking fee ranging from 20% to 50% of the item’s original price may be applied to returns of this nature.

To ensure we can assist you efficiently with your return or exchange, please send an email to our customer service team including your order number, contact details, and clear photos or videos that illustrate the issue with the item. Please retain all original items and packaging until your return or exchange case has been fully resolved.

If you receive an item that is defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact our customer service team immediately to report the issue and arrange for a resolution.

Important Note: final sale handcrafted items may have minor variations from the product images displayed on our website. We kindly ask you to consider this before completing your purchase.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. To request an exchange, please contact our team at service@keemie.com within 15 days of your purchase date, and we will guide you through the process.

Returns

Before sending any item back to us, please contact our customer service team to obtain detailed return instructions and the correct return address. 

The returned items must be in their original condition and resalable to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned item, we will begin the refund process promptly.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, informing you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited back to your original payment method.

While size-related issues are typically not the responsibility, we may offer assistance by covering up to 20% of the item’s original price to help offset local alteration costs, at our discretion.

Certain items are non-returnable, including rushed orders, insurance fees, virtual products, tips, lingerie, color swatches, and disposable items. If you have any questions or concerns about whether your specific item is eligible for return, please contact us.

The shipping fee you paid at checkout is already subsidized. In the event of a refund, the actual costs of shipping, packaging, and labor will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you have not received your refund, we recommend first checking with your bank or credit card company. If you still need assistance, please contact us at service@keemie.com.

Gifts

If the item was sent directly to you as a gift, you will receive a gift credit upon returning it. If the item was purchased for you by another person, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser’s payment method.
