Non-merchant issues​ (e.g., wrong size, change of mind): Customer covers return shipping, and a 20%–50% restocking fee​ may apply.
Our error​ (defective, wrong, or missing items): We cover all costs. Contact us immediately for resolution.
How to Return
Email customer service (service@keemie.com) with your order number, contact info, and clear photos/videos​ of the issue.
Do not ship anything back until you receive our return instructions and address.
Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags/packaging.
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the return.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Actual shipping, packaging, and labor costs​ will be deducted from the refund amount (checkout shipping is subsidized).
For sizing issues, we may offer up to 20% of the item price​ to help with local alterations (at our discretion).
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us within 15 days of purchase.
