Non-merchant issues (e.g., wrong size, change of mind): Customer covers return shipping, and a 20%–50% restocking fee may apply.
Our error (defective, wrong, or missing items): We cover all costs. Contact us immediately for resolution.
How to Return
Email customer service (service@keemie.com) with your order number, contact info, and clear photos/videos of the issue.
Do not ship anything back until you receive our return instructions and address.
Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags/packaging.
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the return.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Actual shipping, packaging, and labor costs will be deducted from the refund amount (checkout shipping is subsidized).
For sizing issues, we may offer up to 20% of the item price to help with local alterations (at our discretion).
Exchanges
Exchanges are only offered for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect. Contact us within 15 days of purchase.
