How to Return
Email customer service (service@keemie.com) with your order number, contact info, and clear photos/videos of the issue.
Do not ship anything back until you receive our return instructions and address.
Items must be unused, in original condition with all tags/packaging.
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the return.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Actual shipping, packaging, and labor costs will be deducted from the refund amount (checkout shipping is subsidized).
For sizing issues, we may offer up to 20% of the item price to help with local alterations (at our discretion).
Exchanges

As someone who has never been comfortable in formal wear, I approached my daughter's wedding with a significant amount of anxiety about what I would wear. I'm a jeans and sweater kind of person, and the idea of being dressed up all day, in front of hundreds of people, made me genuinely uncomfortable. I tried on outfit after outfit at various stores and each one made me feel like I was playing dress-up. None of them felt like me. I was starting to think I'd never find something that made me feel both dressed up and like myself. Then my sister, who has excellent taste and knows me well, sent me a link to this and said, 'I think this is you.' I was skeptical, but I ordered it. When it arrived and I tried it on, I stood in front of the mirror for a long time. It was elegant, it was comfortable, and it felt like a more polished version of myself. Not someone else. Me.
